Originally named the Estevan Civic Arena & Event Centre, the 100,000 sq. ft. arena and convention facility has been integrated into the existing Souris Valley Leisure and Aquatic Centre. It is an estimated $20,000,000 facility featuring large glazed windows for capturing natural light, and energy efficient operating systems.

The seating is arranged in a C-bowl configuration, ideal for a variety of performances and events. The facility accommodates 2,650 for hockey games and 3,650 for concerts with 24 private suites. It is a state-of-the-art venue intended for hockey, curling and figure skating. Additional amenities include a 2-lane rubberized running track to promote year-round fitness for the region’s walkers and joggers, and retail and pro-shop outlets.

Interesting features are a full-service lounge overlooking the ice surface at one end, and a liftable floor section at the opposite end to allow large items (ie. monster trucks) entry to the arena.
