The Grasslands Regional Shopping Centre is Regina’s first large-scale, master-planned commercial real estate project. It offers a mix of retail, entertainment and office uses, including fashion stores, restaurants, coffee shops and financial services. The development accommodates 90 acres of mixed use commercial development creating 1,000,000 square feet of new retail space in Regina. Later phases will include smaller big-box tenants, and a pedestrian-friendly urban village complete with a town square that hosts outdoor entertainment and recreation facilities.

Phase One construction commenced in 2010 and includes approximately 41 stores, many new to the city such as Golf Town and Urban Barn.IKONA was awarded 4 separate big-box and strip-mall buildings (including Golf Town) within Phase One. These structures were known at the time as Bldgs #11, 20, 23 &24.
